Excellent doctor

I was transferred from a standalone ER to the hospital where Dr. Kerry Lee practices after being diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst. Although she was not on call at the time and several physicians from her office were rounding on me, I knew I would likely need surgery and began researching my options. I was very impressed by Dr. Lee’s reviews, so I called her office and requested her specifically, not even knowing if that would be possible. To my surprise, Dr. Lee personally called me back almost immediately. She took the time to thoroughly discuss my case and answer my questions. The next morning, she came to see me first thing, carefully explained everything in detail, and even drew diagrams so I could fully understand what was happening. Her bedside manner was exceptional, and her depth of knowledge was evident. I have a very high pain tolerance, but this cyst caused more pain than both childbirth and a kidney stone—experiences I’ve had before. As a registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience working alongside many physicians, I do not give recommendations lightly. Dr. Lee truly stood out. On the morning of my surgery, she checked on me twice in pre-op, which was incredibly calming and reassuring. The surgery went perfectly, even though the situation was more complex than expected due to my endometriosis. Although I typically receive care through the University of Michigan, my emergency led me to Corewell. I have absolutely no regrets. I genuinely believe Dr. Lee was the best possible physician to handle my case, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an outstanding OB-GYN.

This is my first pregnancy and I’ve been participating in the centering classes. I can hands down say that this was the best decision I’ve made. I feel so comfortable and confident going into labor even though I know I don’t know everything. I feel prepared and supported by the midwives and the other moms who I’ve come to know during this program. If you have the opportunity to enroll in centering, do it! It will not disappoint!

Beth Mutch is amazing. She took so much time with me. She answered all my questions and made sure I was good with any decisions prior to leaving. She is knowledgeable and compassionate.

I cannot recommend Heidi at Oakland Macomb OBGYN enough for pelvic floor physical therapy. I started seeing her for postpartum pelvic floor recovery, and she has been great from day one. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and makes what can feel like an uncomfortable topic very easy to talk about. To start, she took the time to thoroughly explain how the pelvic floor works, then assessed my specific needs, and has created a personalized treatment plan for me. I appreciated how she combined hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and education so I could continue improving at home. If you are looking for a pelvic floor physical therapist for postpartum recovery, I highly recommend scheduling with her. It's clear that she truly cares about her patients and about creating a supportive, comfortable environment. I’m extremely grateful for the progress I’ve made so far thanks to her care!

Overall, a good visit!

I had my first appointment last Monday at your office and I was very happy with the your customer service. Everyone was very good but Michelle Wood in front desk was outstanding with her kindness, professional, patience with my questions and very helpful. My Dr Soyoun Bark was very good.

First appointment and definitely not the last with the professional, charismatic, and excellent communicator, Dr. Yoon. I left feeling valued, heard, and seen which is a vital component of any health experience and certainly the wellness of women. I found his staff to be gracious, caring, and patient in every interaction. Extremely grateful to meet Dr. Yoon, his team, and receive a thoughtful, insightful diagnosis.

The wait time was short. Dr. Bark and the team were very polite, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to my visit next year.

Dr. Yoon is the GOAT. He's empathetic and clearly an expert in his craft. He gives you his time and knowledge in every appointment. You walk out the door feeling truly cared for and comfortable in his expertise.

Absolutely LOVE and highly recommend Dr. Patricia Goymerac!!! Dr. Goymerac leads with compassion, active listening, then discussion with empathy, exceptional communication of not only possible strategies to solve issues /concerns but reasoning of why and timeline to expect testing, follow-ups and even diagrams of anatomy to help explain what may be happening. My life was a struggle for many years begging for some help and a professional to listen. After switching to Dr. Goymerac (from another practice), I found so much relief. Just her listening and believing me was beyond a blessing. Five months out from addition of HRT and my depression, hormone issues, and even the dreaded “hot flashes” are manageable to nonexistent. I am beyond pleased with Oakland-Macomb Obgyn and especially Dr Goymerac. She is Phenomenal!!!
