John Micallef

Chief Executive Officer


John Micallef is our Chief Executive Officer who possesses over 20 years of executive experience and a total of 32 years in healthcare.

John holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration as well as multiple certifications in Radiology, Project Management, and Information Technology.

He has consulted nationally and internationally to healthcare systems giving him a global understanding of business operations and a reputation of having an empathetic approach to leadership.

Leading the tireless efforts of the Oakland Macomb OBGYN practice and family has been a great source of pride and inspiration both personally and professionally.

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, and sons, golfing, and riding his Harley.

Kim Hauschild

Finance Administrator


Kim Hauschild, FHFMA is our Finance Administrator and has been with the Oakland Macomb OBGYN family for just over 2 years. Kim received her Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College and is a Fellow Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Kim has spent over 20 years in healthcare finance at some of the area hospitals including Beaumont Hospital/Troy where she was introduced to Oakland Macomb OBGYN.

Mother to two grown daughters and recently her first grandchild. In her spare time, you will find her and her husband up north at their home reading books, kayaking, and riding ATVs.

Kim Nowicki, RN BSN

Clinical Manager


Kim Nowicki is our Clinical Manager. She has been with our Oakland Macomb family for nearly a decade. Kim obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University.

Kim spent 15 years of her nursing career at William Beaumont Hospital/Royal Oak, where our beloved Doctors. McBride, Stark, Love, Wallace, and Sapick were just beginning their careers as OBGYN residents.

As a mother of four lovely daughters, she developed a passion for Infertility care and feels blessed to assist patients in their dreams of starting their own families.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events (GO GREEN!), working out, and traveling with her family.

Patty Kanaras

Human Resources Manager


Patty received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and is a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)– Certified Professional.

She has over 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and Project Management – most recently spending 10 years working for an employee benefits and consulting firm.

Patty and her husband have one son who is a Michigan State University Spartan, Go Green! In her spare time, she enjoys giving back to her community, and being active – working out, traveling, and spending quality time with her friends and family. Fun facts about Patty would include her being a hockey mom, her favorite flower being the Sunflower and she loves chocolate!

Maria Eloff

Breast Imaging Manager


Maria Eloff is our Breast Imaging Manager. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a minor in General Music, she also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Oakland Community College. Most recently she has completed her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Maria has over 15 years of direct customer service experience and is devoted to ensuring that all OAMA patients are treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. Her staff of thirty have big hearts and go above and beyond every day.

In Maria’s spare time, you will see her crocheting, cooking, playing euchre, and embracing her large Italian/Macedonian Family!

Jennifer McComsey

Patient Service Manager


Jennifer, our Patient Service Manager, brings 30 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Known for her expertise in patient care, team leadership, and service excellence, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to enhance operations across various healthcare settings. Jennifer’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving operational efficiency has defined her accomplished career.

Specializing in Women’s Health, Jennifer began as a Medical Assistant, gaining experience in multiple departments. Her passion for continuous growth led her to join the procedure team at Oakland Macomb, later advancing to the role of Clinical Coordinator. Eager to broaden her impact, Jennifer transitioned into management, where she now plays a key role in the leadership team.

Married since 2012, Jennifer and her husband have built a blended family of five children. Some of their children are following her passion for healthcare, pursuing careers in nursing and radiology.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys road trips across the U.S. with her husband and hopes to one day visit all forty-eight contiguous states.
