Kate Diponio, Sonographer

Katherine is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for ten years  Early on in her career she developed a specialized interest in Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Katherine was trained on 3-D and 4-D ultrasound at the inception of this technology and now provides training to other sonographers.  She has developed the 3-D and 4-D bonding ultrasound offerings in the office.

Katherine enjoys her home life with two daughters, Valerie and Stephanie.  Her children respectively attend Kalamazoo and Michigan State. 

Always involved in volunteering her time and energy, Katherine,  is the head of the philanthropic arm of Oakland-Macomb OB/GYN and is interested in hearing about community service causes and activities. 

Susan has been working the health field since 1977 as a Certified Medical Assistant and later as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  In 1993, she entered the diagnostic medical sonography program and has been a registered technician since 1997.  Since then, she has worked in hospital, clinical and doctor’s office settings.  Susan works at both the Rochester Hills and Lake Orion Oakland Macomb offices.

Susan’s husband, Barry, is a sales supervisor for a national marketing company.  She has 3 grown daughters, Magyn, Payge and Mykala and 4 wonderful grandsons. 

Susan enjoys travel, flower gardening and watching her grandsons.  She is an active member of her local church and is involved in the Free Meals program in her community.
