Dr. Stark has been in private practice since 1998 and has enjoyed caring for many wonderful patients through the years.  She attended Wayne State University in Detroit for both her undergraduate degree in Pharmacy and her Medical Degree, graduating “with high distinction” in 1994.  She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, in 1998.   She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  She is also a member of the American Association of Pro-Life OB/GYNs and works with a local crisis pregnancy center.  Her interests include minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery as well as routine and high-risk obstetrics.

On the personal side, Dr Stark is married to Dr Jay Stark.  She grew up in the Rochester area and has four adult children as well as four beautiful grandchildren.

James P. McBride, M.D. - Founding Partner

Dr. McBride earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing. Following medical school, Dr. McBride completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He has been with the practice since its inception.

Dr. McBride is the Vice-Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Joseph Love, M.D. - Managing Partner

Dr. Joseph Love, M.D., is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and started with Oakland-Macomb OB/GYN in 2003. He is interested in progressive, minimally invasive gynecology surgery including advanced laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Love was raised locally and went to Brother Rice High School in Birmingham. He graduated from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts and attended Wayne State University Medical School. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology training at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

Dr. Elise Wallace, M.D. - Managing Partner

Dr.  Elise Wallace joined Oakland-Macomb Ob/Gyn in 2005.  She earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, graduating with honors in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Following medical school, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Dr. Wallace is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist.  Some of her areas of interest include high risk pregnancies, emerging contraceptive options, perimenopausal gynecological care and minimally invasive surgery. 

Dr. Patricia Goymerac, M.D.

Patricia Goymerac, M.D. joined Oakland-Macomb Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2006. She grew up in Oxford and graduated from Oxford High School. She attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated cum laude in 1997. She returned to Michigan to attend medical school at Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine - Grand Rapids campus and graduated in 2001. She completed her residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois where she was Chief Resident. Dr. Goymerac worked as a Faculty Attending Physician at Illinois Masonic Medical Center before returning home and getting married in 2006.

Dr. Robert Valice, M.D.

Robert A. Valice, MD joined Oakland Macomb OB/Gyn in 2006. He grew up in Grosse Pointe, Michigan and is a graduate of Michigan State University. He attended Wayne State University School of Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Valice completed his training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. His interests include infertility, minimally-invasive gynecology and high-risk obstetrics.
